"Hotel is very nice, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Despite having a 3.9 review, we enjoyed every meal we had at Sea Salt, the on-site restaurant. Gym is 24x7 and decently equipped. Note - beach ends at an erosion-prevention wall, so you can't walk into the water, and that also causes the water to be murky for quite a way offshore. Having the Belize Pro Dive Center on-site is great for excursions. "

"My family of 12 all meet there and had a blast. Clean spacious house with plenty of privacy for the family. every bdrm had bthrm, perfect. roads are terrible from all the rain but it didnt stop us from having fun. You are in the tropics, expect bugs! ants, sand fleas, mosquitoes and cockroaches. if these bug you, go north to a cold climate. Caretaker and host, the best people around. Johnny excursion, unbelizable fun! "

"Casa Amarillo is perfect for up to 5 couples! The house was clean, the two kitchens make it very convenient and the pool was very clean as they stopped by almost every morning to clean it! Ester couldn’t have made our trip any smoother. She answered all questions, booked our flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye and our shuttles to the house. Super host, great home and Belize is amazing!"

"The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with not only the basic supplies, but has a toaster oven, a sous vide, Tupperware, a grill, and more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of ocean breezes. The restaurant across the street was convenient with great food. We ate there 3 of our 7 nights. We dove with Belize Pro Divers and they picked us up at the property dock.The management company is fantastic. They arranged our flights from Belize city to Ambergris Caye, a driver to pick us up at the airport and a golf cart reservation for the week. Ms. Ester met us at our arrival and checked us in. She was so responsive to any requests. When we asked for massages, she had us confirmed within the hour. When our A/C stopped working one night, we texted at 8:30PM and she immediately replied and we got it fixed. Tropic Air lost my duty free liquor that I purchased on my way to the Ambergris Caye and Ms. Ester spent hours on the phone with them trying to track it down. She eventually coordinated a refund for me. I can't say enough of how wonderful Ms. Ester was in making our stay so memorable. If you are considering this property, specifically unit 3A, you should book it ASAP. You will not regret it."
