"The property was warm and welcoming. However, the stairs are very steep and narrow - not ideal for elderly people. The downside was that we never received the key code to get into the property and had to communicate with the owner via the Vrbo website when we arrived. However she responded immediately - very good. Is this a problem with the Vrbo website?"

From the moment we stepped into the pub to the moment we checked out, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or attentive — they truly made us feel at home. The location is spot-on, right on the high street with loads of bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Even though the hotel is connected to a lively pub, they close the back door after 9pm, so it’s perfectly peaceful in the rooms behind. We slept like babies! And the breakfast?
