Bedroom and living room are south face full of sunshine. One Queen in the bedroom. Spacious living with new shower washroom, living, dining, kitchen area. Short or long stays in lovely area 3 minutes driving to Walmart , superstore , restaurants, shops, clinic . Quiet hosts live separate upstairs in house, no shared spaces!

A bit of misunderstanding re door lock / entry protocol but quickly sorted out.Unit sparkling clean. Lots of dishes, cooking tools and pots / pans. Starter spices, and coffee.Comfortable neighborhood. Close to shopping, coffee shops, good roadways to surrounding communities. 2 minutes from hwy to Vancouver - or to U.S. border.Excellent communications with property owner.

New and lean

Nice property. New construction very clean. Needs some yard work. Kitchen supplies were excellent. Bathroom supply were insufficient, had to go buy toilet paper. Overall a good experience.
