"Well appointed ground floor condo in a great location. Easy walk to the slopes & many of the local restaurants & shops. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is a huge plus! We stayed during some extremely cold weather & were very comfortable. Wally is an amazing host. He checked in with us to make sure everything was going well & gave us some great information on the local dining opportunities. We would definitely stay here again."

"Good place to stay comfortable and easy access to all of Girdwood. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Had some issues with the door lock but that was about it. "

"Main door issue upon arrival after midnight- top corner of door stuck in door jam. We were unable to close the door, and beds inside the porch door were cold at night, in sub zero temps. The next day I also realized the wifi information provided was not correct, making working extremely difficult. Messaged vrbo/property manager regarding issues, and didnt hear back, so 6 hours later reached out to VRBO via chat. The conclusion of the hour long chat session was that they had finally reached someone local, and the local people would be reaching out to me within the day. I never heard anything from anyone until the following night (only 12 hours before checkout on our 3 night stay), when someone finally provided wifi information via VRBO message. The door issue was never addressed. Extremely dissapointed in the lack of response from hosts regarding issues during our stay. Maybr it was due to the holiday? Otherwise, the house was cute and met the needs of our family during this trip, but wouldn't stay with this host again. "
