Nestled at the base of the Alyeska Resort, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure for your Alaskan getaway. Experience the thrill of ski-in, ski-out access and wake up to breathtaking mountain views every day.



Guest Access:

Access from the right stairwell of the building. Park anywhere in the parking lot but please use the provided parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

Condo community right at the base of Alyeska resort.



Getting Around:

Car is recommended to get to Girdwood. There is a Girdwood Shuttle that picks you up at Jack Sprat or Sitzmark that takes you downtown and the resort

Master bed was amazingly comfortable! The tv/art in the living room was so cool. The management team was responsive and helpful. Girdwood is always an experience, this unit was just what we needed. Owen’s artwork was a highlight💙

We were two couples - all in our 70’s. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms was not conducive to getting luggage upstairs - we didn’t bother. Place was nice, though really designed for a party of young, single, skier friends.Not all beds were completely made when we arrived.Owners were very helpful with instructions to help us fix all issues.

(it was not a snow time of year so no comment on those activities)the unit is on the 2nd floor so requires 2 sets of stairs in and out, which should be noted upfront for those who may have difficulty with them. Also, the spiral staircase to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathroom looks intimidating but actually had great rail support and tread traction, so we got used to it.the unit was very clean but not with smelly chemicals, which we appreciated.it was also very well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, spices and cooking ingredients. And lots of fun games and puzzles to play with the grandkids!We will definitely look into its availability next year when we return for another Girdwood family visit.p.s. VRBO says that the full cost of renting is revealed upfront - what you see is what you get - but in reality, the cut that the 3rd party takes is not included. We hope that that transparency will be considered to be shown in the future.

Everything is good but one thing - stairs. There is only one bathroom in the entire unit and it is on the second floor. The stair from the first floor to second floor is a narrow metal spiral stair. It is inconvenient for people to go up to the second floor.
