Agréable séjour, dommage du temps pas toujours de la partie Maison agréable et bien agencée, belle décoration, pourvue de tout ce qui facilite un séjour comme a la maison. Voisinage tranquille, accès au centre ville a pied, belle promenade autour et a l intérieur des remparts. Ville centrale pour visiter les Charentes comme les deux Sèvres Je recommande vivement , merci a Josiane et a son mari de nous avoir loué votre maison pour ces 15 jours.

Tres bon séjour

Belle maison avec piscine sécurisée. La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Il y a tout le nécessaire pourla cuisine, 2 barbecue gaz de chaque côté de la maison. Salon de jardin cosy. Bel accueil de la part des hôtes, tout estbien expliqué.

Belle maison

Maison très agréable et très calme, nous avons passé un bon séjour à 5 avec la piscine sécurisée (il manquait juste une petite barrière en haut des escaliers du garage donnant sur le terrain derrière pour le petit),le terrain de pétanque, le ping-pong tout y est !!et bien agencé. A 1h environ de l’île d’oleron l’île de Ré la Rochelle et a 1/2h le lac de Frace endroit très sympathique pour petits et grands Propriétaires très gentil et réactif

Agréable et simple.

Logement de vacances agréable et calme, malgré le temps qui n’était pas au rendez-vous. Les équipements sont adaptés pour les vacances. Côté piscine, l’aménagement est très bien pensé pour des adultes, si vous avez des enfants effectivement il faudra forcément les surveiller. Le seul petit point négatif c’est effectivement qu’il faut sortir de la maison par devant pour redescendre pour accéder à l’arrière côté piscine, un accès par un escalier direct intérieur était plus simple. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à votre disposition en cas de problème.Penser à apporter des éponges et des torchons pour entretenir la maison.

Une magnifique maison, une piscine sans aucun vis à vis, un couchage de qualité avec 2 lits de 160 et 1 de 140. Des propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute du bien être de leurs locataires. Vraiment à recommander sans hésitation.

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier pavillonnaire et les commerces ; grandes surfaces ; sont accessibles rapidement en voiture. Surgères permets de réaliser de nombreuses visites telles que : La Rochelle, Rochefort, le Marais Poitevin, ..., car idéalement positionnée. Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable.
