"Katherine’s home is wonderful. It is open, airy and drenched in sunlight. Located very close to Miacomet Beach. Extremely clean and well maintained. There are so many cosy seating areas throughout both levels of the house, with plenty of board games for entertainment. The upstairs outdoor shower is pure bliss. PingPong table keeps the party going! Highly recommend."

"This is a nice property with an excellent location and we enjoyed out time here. Natasha was easy to work with and very helpful in making the reservation. While the house was well stocked there are certainly a couple of things that could be improved on. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice to have table tennis and cornhole provided. Unfortunately, the cornhole boards were falling apart so we had to keep putting them back together. Although it was not a major expense, I had to go out and purchase some Bounty paper towels as the ones provided were the cheapest possible and absolutely useless, falling apart even when using multiple sheets. The house was generally neat enough on arrival although the floor in the master bath could use a good cleaning as it was quite stained.It would be nice to have additional seating for meals as there are only four bar stools in the kitchen with the only other dining option a table on the deck outside."

"We had a wonderful stay on the island, Sally was a perfect host. The house was clean, and the lot is so peaceful with the most incredible yard, but walking distance to most locations. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Nantucket home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. The house felt brand new, and every detail was thoughtfully organized, making it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private. The owner was fantastic to work with, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is truly one of the nicest and cleanest homes we’ve ever experienced. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nantucket!"

"We had a great stay here! It is so close to the beach! Hosts were very helpful and communicative! They do have a car available to rent, though we needed a bigger one to accommodate all of us. Plenty of towels and beach chairs, a nice touch! We will come back!"
