The NEW trundle sofa converts into a sleeper, quick and easy access, more than comfortable for 2 people with extra pillows and linens in the trundle storage. The full bathroom is located conveniently in the hallway for easy access to all parties.

✦We have 2 exterior security cameras facing the front of the entryway and the car park. There are NO security cameras inside the property.
✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
House Rules
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5) Please rinse sand off feet before entering the property.
6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people.
7) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
8) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
10) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
12) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:15am or later on the day of checkout.
13) STORMS: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: i. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or ii. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. iii. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled during the "Hurricane Warning"; and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
14) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with an outdoor security camera. This camera is used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.
15) All of the units located at 216 S Ocean Blvd are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.

Very walkable and excellent location. Furniture was on the cheaper side (couch and bed mattress) but being a step away from the beach and restaurants made it worth it.
Great communication with hosts; Check was easy and condo was clean;Great location- right across from the beach, walkable to a few restaurants and the pier. Convenient parking
This is a great little unit super close to everything, most importantly, the beach. The owners were very responsive through the app and the minor issue we had was handled immediately. We really enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back!
