Welcome to 'ShoreThing'! Newly updated direct oceanfront 3,100 square foot home with beautiful unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out the back door for your own private pool with seasonal pool heat (fees apply) or take the private walkway directly to the beach. Large open living area with a flat screen TV for the entire family to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. There is sufficient parking for five vehicles, covered and uncovered. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Great spot

This location was perfect for us! I appreciated all of the seating in the living room as well as the massive dining table that allowed us to all have meals together. I would stay here again.

Great place, great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, we loved being so close to the beach! The house was stocked with necessities. The rentals made it super convenient. The whole process was quite simple.

Friends trip

The home is in a perfect location, all rooms were exactly as show, and house is directly on the beach the view is unbelievable! We were disappointed in the communication and check in process. We were asked if we wanted to add on a day at the beginning of our trip after we had asked about early check in. The price wasn’t doable for the few people we had coming but we continued to ask if there was a way we could do early check in and even offered to pay a fee and the message sent seemed like an automated message staring to wait for a text if the house was ready. We never received an early check in message or code for entry but knew the house was ready and open because we were lucky to be able to hang on the beach from the public entry point right next door.
