We had a wonderful time with family making memories. Loved the easy access to the beach.Would love to return again. FYI-Would have loved the pool light in evening swims and had upstairs tvs out of service and doors sticking. We also had a flickering bathroom light upstairs.

Just as advertised, fantastic location, great place.

Walking distance to the Surfside Beach Pier and several restaurants/bars. Just park the car and enjoy the beach and grab a bite/drink at a local hangout.

Family Getaway

Great location! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. And a plus- a farmers market close by on Tuesdays. The view was amazing!

Christmas at the beach

What a great area to spend the holiday! House needed a few repairs but overall was amazing. Perfect sunrises and comfy beds. I would definitely book this again.

December Getaway

This was a perfect last minute getaway! The location and home were more than we could have expected. Super clean, comfortable and well stocked as advertised, only to be topped by the spectacular ocean front sunrises. A few restaurants within walking distance a bonus too. Would definitely rent here again!

Location and pool can’t be beat

This is our fourth year staying at Seas the Day. The location of the ocean front home and pool can’t be beat. We did notice this time the property is showing some wear - tiles missing from the pool, there is a large hole in the wooden flooring of the outdoor shower which is not great when washing off the little kids. House was clean as always.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property has everything our family needed for a wonderful week of fun and relaxation. Pool was perfect, and the pool service (2 times) was great! This home is right on the beach with its own private access. Prior to arriving, the property owner answered all my questions quickly and satisfactorily. Even during this Covid crisis we felt very safe and distant from others. I highly recommend this location for a perfect summer vacation!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

Our stay at “Seas the Day” was absolutely wonderful. The location of the property was exactly where we wanted to be. The days it was sunny the sunrise over the ocean was breathtaking. The house itself was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Laundry was easily accessible and with 4 kids, we needed it. Due to the time of year we stayed we did not use the pool but would definitely use it in the future. All in all We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and We hope to book this home sometime this summer.

Bring everything

Great location and nice property. Landscape around pool needs to be cleaned up as debris kept blowing into pool. Owner only provides one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no paper towels, no trash bags and just one dishwasher pod. Also no beach chairs.

Perfection

We stayed at Seas The Day for a birthday celebration for my grandma in November. It was better than any of us could have imagined. It is your own little slice of paradise! The house is gorgeous, clean and has the most amazing beach front location. The sheets, mattresses and towels were all amazing quality and very comfortable. We enjoyed the spectacular views, the heated pool, and the overall ambience of the house. My kids hardly left the pool... in November! The kitchen is well stocked - enough to make Christmas cookies, birthday cake, and delicious seafood. We had a wonderful time and can’t imagine how great it would be in the summer too!

Great home, great location - bit undersupplied

We had a great time at this home on the beach! The manager responded quickly when we had an issue with the AC, and they repaired it the same day. Our kids loved the pool, and the home was very comfortable. The only issues we had with the home were how undersupplied it was. Each bathroom only had one roll of TP (even at a hotel there’s at least two). No spare garbage bags, just one paper towel roll, one dishwasher pack, no soap or shampoo/conditioner travel packs, etc. So unfortunately in addition to going to get food, we had to resupply the home. We tried to leave some extra for the next guests, so they didn’t have to race to the store. Also no beach chairs, so purchased those as well. Otherwise a great home we wouldn’t mind staying in again.

6 Days at Seas the Day

Location of property was great. We enjoy watching the sunrise and walks on the beach. We took plenty of pictures of the sunrise. The house had many amenities but there were some minor difficulties with the refrigerator and the dryer. We could not control the temperature of the freezer & refrigerator but all of our food was well kept. The dryer pre-programmed cycles did not work. Only the Time Dry setting worked. Also the fireplace did not work. A working fireplace would have been a nice-to-have on the cold nights and mornings. We had really bad weather on Sunday, 12/17. There was a lot of rain and very windy. The waves were huge and the surf came up to the edge of the bridge walk. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Good property but some minor shortcomings

Overall this is a good property. It was clean upon our arrival and it’s a great location. The pool is good and we loved the easy access to the beach. There were several floating for the pool and some sand toys. There’s a shower right outside of the pool area which is great as well. They had a good selection of cookware, a little worn but that is to be expected with rental properties. A few minor issues: Landscaping/pool deck/under the house could use a little refreshing. Some of the rugs were really worn and messy. The beds around the trees, under steps, under the steps/bridge going to the beach, all could use some cleanup. Also the table at the pool is a bit rusted and could probably do with replacing. I’m being really picky here but I was also disappointed that they don’t leave so much as a salt shaker in the kitchen. I don’t expect a gourmet selection but basic seasonings and some oil or spray (just whatever previous guests leave, really) would be nice. But it would seem that they completely clean out the cupboards between guests. Lastly, asking the guests to sweep the floors before checkout is a little bit much in my opinion. Obviously don’t leave a giant mess but aside from that I don’t expect to have to clean. All that aside, this is a still a good, clean property and makes for a wonderful beach vacation!

The property was beautiful!! It was very tastefully decorated, and very clean. I loved the location! We were very close to shops and restaurants. Also, it offered the very best sunrise views!! My family had such a wonderful time! It was the 1st time in the area during 4th of July as well, so we experienced our 1st golf cart parade and all we needed to do was sit on the front porch to enjoy it all! The check in and communication was so easy! Thank you to our host for such a gorgeous vacation spot!

Perfect Beachfront Location

Very comfortable home right on the beach. Location was perfect with private beach access but also not surrounded by crowded hotels and condos. Easy walk to local restaurants and ice cream. Our family of eight enjoyed both community meals/pool as well as private bedroom space. Wonderful spot and look forward to coming again!

Perfect place for family vacation

The home was perfect for us with our child and the rest of the family. we chose to heat the pool since it was the beginning of may it wasn’t overly heated to feel like bath water it was just right for the temperature out this week. The host did a great job answering any questions we had throughout the week. I would recommend surfside instead of myrtle beach it’s a nice family friendly beach and this was the perfect property for our family, next time we’re back we will be booking the same place again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront home in Surfside Beach, SC! The house has been recently renovated and the decor is absolutely lovely—modern, cozy, and beachy without being overdone. The location was perfect—right on the beach with stunning views, and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It was also just a short drive to all the fun at Broadway at the Beach and Murrells Inlet.Our family of 7 especially loved having both the beach just steps away and a private pool to relax in. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay.We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again!
