Step into this spacious (750 sq. ft.) 1 bed/1.5 bath condo and the mid-century modern vibes will immediately hit you. From the King Bed and beautiful side board in the huge bedroom to the high end sofa and dining table, you will notice the owners of this comfortable abode have spared no expense on filling it with tasteful and modern accoutrements.

The Space:

This 1 bedroom 1.5 bath villa has everything for a relaxing vacation. You will love this adorable Villa just a quick drive to the beach. This Villa sleeps 4 with a Double bed and 1 pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Golf Colony Resort is tucked quietly back in the Deerfield subdivision but right in the middle and close to everything! Book your families next home away from home with relaxing breezes and the beach right around the corner!

The Neighborhood:

Golf Colony is located in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, comfortably sandwiched between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business and just about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access points. There are 4 grocery stores within 2 miles along with a slew of delicious restaurants for any taste. Check out Surfside Drive and the selections near the fabulous new Surfside Pier!

Getting Around:

A Car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.

Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
