No one ever came out the week we started. The same sand pile sat in the corner all week. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Loved the home! I don't know who you have cleaning but keep them the house was very clean. The only complaint I have is you need to provide a few more towels and a bad storm blew through 3 days before we left. I called to have the pool guy come out and clean up debris and get the leaves out of the pool. He came by to check out the light in the pool but never cleaned out the pool. We did the best we could with the net. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size with lots of space and comfortable beds. Swimming pool was a great bonus, the temperature was perfect and again very clean. The house is a great location and only a short walk to the beach. Grandparents loved sitting on the front balcony where it was shaded and then watching the kids swim from the rear balcony. Wonderful house, thankful we got to enjoy our week at A Wave from it All.

Great house but poor property manager

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here for several years and have seen many much needed upgrades. There were more this year and we were very pleased with the house, amenities and location. We were extremely displeased with the cleanliness and Garden City Realty. Our email with check-in instructions said check-in would be delayed (5-7 pm) and we'd get a text when ready but listed our land line#. I immediately called and asked the rep to change to mobile#. Guess what no text at 7 pm and when we called we were told house had been ready for couple hours and a message had been left at our land line#. Noone ever made the requested update. Most disappointingly the house was FILTHY with sticky dirt spots all over the kitchen floor and the kitchen counters were covered in sand and crumbs. Delayed check-in for cleaning protocols should result in a reasonably clean house.

When we checked in we had a problem with 2 of the TVs but they sent someone over quickly. Staff was friendly. We got the linen package and was very pleased with all the items they left. They had plenty of outdoor furniture.

Told we could check in at four pm, but house wasn’t available till 5:30. Having driven 4 hours with four small children, and then being told we would have to wait and couldn’t tell me how long was not what I wanted to hear. Not planning to book through Garden City Reality again.
