The Space:

Relax and enjoy family time in this spacious and comfortable ground floor condo located just 1.5 miles to the closest beach access in Surfside Beach. Experience the laid back, family friendly atmosphere of Surfside Beach while taking advantage of all the nearby restaurants and beach activities!

Enjoy the fully stocked eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room making it the perfect place to stay while experiencing all the South Strand has to offer. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 40" flat screen tv w/premium cable, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two comfortable double beds with a separate shower room and vanity/toilet room so 2 family members can get ready at the same time. Book your family's next getaway with us!

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours along with convenient parking right in front of the front door. We are located inside of the Grand Palms at Deerfield Resort, but don't have access to the resort amenities. However, we are a quick ride to the Surfside Beaches at only 5 minutes by car

The Neighborhood:

Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Grand Palms at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with easy access to restaurants, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive. Some of our favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can stroll the night away with the whole family. Don't forget to check out our Guidebook on Airbnb!!

Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is Recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.

Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25.

Beautiful setting around the property with a lake just behind our deck. Our condo was large enough for our family. The only issue with the condo was the sliding door to the deck would slide off the track. Other than this, the place was perfect. Would stay here again.
