It's close to Siloam Hospital. Near city centre. Food options are great. Location-wise great. Pool and gym are small. Pool have no dress code, I saw a kid swimming with no clothes, kinda off putting. Cleanliness generally ok/acceptable but definitely could have been better.

The hotel gave us a room with an amazing city view. It was a pity that there was no possibility to open the window. It was a surprise to see that a pianist played the piano in the lobby. Exclusive!!! Very charming! The selection of the breakfast was eye-opening! Huge selection and great food… It was unusual to see that that the hotel staff collected the food remaining next to the buffet. Should you do it somewhere where the guest can’t see it easily? It was not a pleasant experience. Except that the hotel deserves five stars! Excellent hotel!

The receptionist and staf are very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel is Clean The buffet has a variety of choicfes and tasty. Since our flight is very early the hotel provided us with twoboxes of food for our early breakfast. Thank you so much hotel Santika for the excellent services.

ビジネスの出張には十分

出張で4日宿泊しました。部屋も綺麗でしたが、唯一朝のエレベータ街が数分を要する事が気になりました。 対応は非常に良いです。wifi環境TV、無料の水ペット４本、シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシ、髭剃り等アメニティも問題ありませんでした。周辺を散策していないので、レジャーではどうかわかりませんが、ビジネスユースには十分なホテルでした。

Sound proofing

I just realised the rooms are not sound proofing. I was able to hear the small kids in the next rooms run around and cried etc.and in the early morning played with the door bells in their rooms. You also can hear people talk when you are in bathroom. Overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Nice Hotel in the city area

I always stay in this hotel during my trip to Surabaya because the location is in city area and the room is clean & staffs are very friendly. But this time a bit disappointed. 1. I booked the premiere room but the receptionist did not check properly & give us the deluxe room. Luckily I stayed before and ask for change. 2. The bath room drainage is stuck when bathing become flood. Have to call everyday to fix it. 3. On the last night of my stay, my opposite room was smoking and they open the door. It made the smoke go inside the room. My wife had complained and the staff had remind them but after awhile they do the same thing until my wife very suffocated and cant breathe well. We request to change room & the staff act fast & change the room immediately. I'm very glad for the good service otherwise we unable to sleep as it was midnight.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Santika, the staff were amazing, especially Kezia at the reception desk. She made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast selection was exceptional,and staff very pleasant and accommodating. The location was good, close to malls for shopping.Would stay there again if we go back.

We had the junior suite. It was spacious and clean. However the room was not well sound proof. Able to hear TV from next door. The breakfast was catered to more of local delights. There are international delights available but limited. Free Wifi was part of package but the access is weak. Require to log in every now and then.
