Nice affordable hotel with secret access

It was a nice hotel with nuce bfast the only issue is the access and reception on the 8th floor. Getting to the hotel is like going to underground secret building a bit strange the rest is fine

Outstanding Hotel in Surabaya

Ciputra World is always the best place to stay in Surabaya. It's been my go to place for several years. Too bad the connected shopping mall is not doing too well.

Nice comfort stay

Overall good. Only first 2 nights the drainage pipes gave off foul smell. Breakfast spread are fantastic.

壁が薄く隣りの部屋のいびきがうるさくて眠れませんでした。いいホテルですが、電源の場所が不便だったり、お湯の調整が難しかったりと設備が微妙です。朝食は豊富ですが、寿司が腐っていて吐き出しました。
