The new owners have redecorated this beachfront oasis to ensure you feel the beach vibes as soon as you step through the front door. The spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area offer gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from every angle. The living room provides a comfortable setting for your vacation, whether you're relaxing on the couch with a book or enjoying one of the various board games available for your use.

The expansive dining table comfortably accommodates six adults, making it perfect for family dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a chef-inspired meal, and with beautiful ocean views right in front of you, you won't miss out on the fun while cooking. All kitchen appliances are new.

This unit comfortably accommodates four guests, with Bedroom #1 featuring a new Beautyrest King bed, a TV, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a private full bath with a walk-in shower, along with a stunning ocean view! Bedroom #2 is equipped with a Queen bed, a 60-inch TV, a ceiling fan, and a shared full hall bath with a tub/shower combo, offering a view of the canal.

Unwind and relax with a cool beverage or take your meals outside to dine on your private oceanfront balcony. You'll love the table and chairs on your private balcony, positioned so your ocean view isn't obstructed by the balcony railings!

The condo served our needs nicely. The housekeeping was below average. Carpets need to be cleaned. The kitchen could be better equipped with pots and pans. Great view. Convenient to the beach.

We came during an invasion on gnats. The property manager warned us before arrival. Nothing anyone could do about it but we were not able to spend as much time on the deck as we would have liked. ProsSemi private area. Very cleanAppliances updated!Two coffee makers- one k cup and one dripCentrally located Great view!ConsNeed to update the tv in the living room. It’s too small for the size of the room. Flooring needs updated along with cabinets Knifes need sharpening. They are all dull. Stairs are wobbly walking up to the top floor.
