"This home was a beautiful well-kept property located on the beach with a pool. Our stay was wonderful despite the hurricane on the horizon. We enjoyed all aspects of this home including the beach, the pool, the decks. It has a great grill area, pool floats, and a cornhole area. I am a stickler for clean rentals and this home exceeded my expectations. The linen service was wonderful as well. We didn't need to spend time making beds or locating any extras. The most important point I want to make... Robert was absolutely amazing at communication prior to, during and after our stay. He was so immediately responsive to any questions that I had which is an amazing quality these days. That fact alone was my highlight! We appreciate him sharing his beautiful home and property with us. We will be coming back!! "

"We had a wonderful stay for an extended family weekend! It was perfect! The house is practically brand new and careful attention was put into each detail. In addition to the layout of the house being great for a large group, everything you could need was there. You could tell that a lot of thought was given into making sure everyone has an enjoyable stay and has what they need. There are also lots of personal touches in the kitchen and living area which was very nice to see with a new build. The location and views are great. Beach access is close and carts, chairs, etc. are provided. There was plenty of parking. And don’t miss out on the tiki bar! Like everything else, careful attention to detail was put into it with lots of fun touches. Jason and Linda provided very clear communication ahead of and during our stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had family join us from California and Massachusetts and everyone wants to come back and stay here again! We can’t wait! It truly was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. "
