""Wyndham" in the name might make you think you are dealing with a hotel, but it's not a hotel at all. (They probably have no connection to the Wyndham hotel chain -- surprised Expedia allows this.) We arrived looking for the Wyndham hotel desk, but found no such thing. Instead, we found slightly annoyed staff at the facility concierge desk, who explained that we had booked rooms from a third party, and needed to call them to get into our rooms. We had no phone number and no idea who to call....
