Windmill 4 - Two Bedroom Beachside Apartment on Parkyn Parade!

  • 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the beach with direct access to the ocean, and just a short stroll to the Esplanade, Surf Club, Wharf, and all restaurants, bars, and cafes.

    Air conditioning, Wifi, balcony, wooden floors.
    A Queen Bed and 1 Single Bunk bed set with a Trundle underneath to accommodate up to 5 guests, maximum 3 adults as the top bunk and trundle are for children only.
    Underground parking for 1 vehicle which must be 1.85m in height maximum to get in. Most 4WD will damage the garage entrance ceiling so you are requested to park on the street if you have a 4WD.
    FIrst Floor location, stairs only
    You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

    Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
