This open planned residence has been meticulously and extensively renovated displaying that beach charm that is often lost with many of the new houses built today. From the moment you enter you will feel that relaxed coastal vibe with stunning timber floors, an open plan layout and an abundance of natural light.

Picture gazing out from the lounge and dining area over to the park and to the spectacular ever-changing Pacific Ocean beyond. With that highly sought-after north-east aspect, the cool sea breezes will flow though the living spaces in summer and you will have protection from the cool southerlies in winter.

Entertaining out on the fully covered rear balcony is surrounded by immaculate tropical gardens so it will feel like your own private oasis.

This beachside haven also boasts two generously sized bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms including a bath, a powder room. Air con is in the main bedroom only but ceiling fans are throughout.

Please note garage height is approx. 1.9m and suitable for small cars only. There is driveway parking and street parking. Garage also opens outwards. Downstairs ceiling is low lying. Please note the single bedroom there are no cupboard space.

As property is pet friendly we ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please make sure that your pets are kept off the furnishings. One Small Dog - Inside Allowed. Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only.
