The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our week long stay for our family of 4. Everything we required was in the apartment, we had secure parking for our vehicle and it was a short walk into town to the shops, restaurants, and beach. We enjoyed the use of the heated pool most days.

There was no mention during your stay that you felt either of the apartments were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, we would have sent housekeeping back if this was brought to our attention. Large rooms with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bottom units overlooking pool are quite loud from road noise. Had issues with no internet due to a hardware fault which unfortunately took 3 out of our 4 night stay to rectify as no on-site IT which was disappointing for a busy time of year.

We are so sorry about the loss of internet access in U08, unfortunate the external service provider couldn't help. Our manager Simon was able to resolve the issue after a few different troubleshoots he was able to resolve the issue. Sorry, it was able to be done sooner.

The lifts only go to the first level (either side), carrying heavy suit cases up the stairs was difficult.

There are indeed stairs to access all units, the front apartments have less than 5, but to the rear of the building higher up the hill there is around 20-30 stairs involved depending on your apartment type. Fantastic stay. Amazing view and large wonderful living areas. Great location perched 5 minute walk above Hastings st and Main Beach. Good modern fit out. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely view and A subperbly furnished apartment. No manuals made the aircon and oven difficult to work out. A walk down the hill to Hastings St made a bit of a chore late at night.

The room is not in clean condition with dirt on floor and bathroom. The sink is too small and two curtains of 3 rooms are broken. The wifi only allows connection of two devices but this is for a 3 bedroom apartments of 6 ppl. Part of the balcony blinds were missing so people can see us through windows at night time if lights on. No reception on weekend but at least there is a mobile number to call. We did not meet any service staff both checkin or out. Quite convenient to the beach and shops.

Hi Thanks for your feedback i can address a few of your issues. The floors are all vacuumed and mopped but perhaps there was beach sand which can be difficult to fully resolve in one clean our apologies for this it is a very busy time with guests departing and arriving on the same day. The Reception is opened every day but the weekends are 9am-2pm. There are wifi codes given when you checkin and we give out further on request. Hopefully we can we welcome you again sometime :)

Excellent location 450mtrs to Hasting St & Noosa Village. We received a lovely phone call just after we arrived at 11am to say our apartment was ready and we could check in. Management team were absolutely fantastic; always reminded us that they have umbrellas, extra utensils and whatever we needed......very refreshing to see. Cant wait to go back!!!!!

Nothing luxurious about the Rise
First impressions are very favorable, lovely grounds, gardens,pool area.however once inside our room, it becomes very dissapointing. Size,light, new flooring are great.but the overall appearance is shabby. bubbling paint work on the balustrade, water damaged doors, damaged cabinetry in the kitchen, blockout curtains that do not even close the entire way, rusting mirror edges, bubble gum stuck to the interior of the bathrooms cabinet ,to name a few. I was told by the very defensive manager that all these things are wear and tear!! Decide for yourselves if you would call this a luxury apartment?

Amazing location with a spacious room
The Rise was a fantastic accommodation option for my partner and daughter. A 5 minute walk to hastings street, great pool, and a really spacious apartment. My only criticism was our bed - terribly uncomfortable with a cockroach crawling in it on arrival! Otherwise a great option. Definitely recommend.

Great Views, nice and bright
I have stayed here a number of times, it is located about 500 metres up the hill from Hastings and is a nice easy walk down, great views from the balcony which has wide opening doors and living room is bright and plenty of large windows are very would highly recommend, lady at reception was great even called us early and advised that our room was ready before we even arrived, also has 3 toilets great if you have friends over

Great Location
Great place to stay and great location!! Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Nice and relaxing at night and good deck to sit out on. The only negative was that the floor wasn't that clean when we arrived and one bathroom still had sand in it. The washing machine also wasn't very functional. In saying that, I would definitely stay here again.

OK hotel
Our room was ground floor and it has a stifle smell. but other than that, it was good. close to hasting street shops about 10 minutes walk. I think it is a good option for a big family as you can save your hotel bills but still close to Hasting street. you could also drive to hasting street but there is just no parking.
