The Avenue at Montville (House) is a beautiful hinterland home located just outside of the township of Montville. This 3 bedroom holiday home overlooks the Baroon Pocket Fauna Sanctuary and Kondalilla National Park. Located only a short drive to the surrounding wedding venues, it is also perfect for family gatherings, or reacquainting with old friends. Sit back and relax around the fire, take in the stunning vista and enjoy the tranquil setting amongst the trees. It is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding Hinterland or the greater Sunshine Coast.
Arriving along the roadside you will turn into the driveway on the left side of the property and see the House on the right, set amongst beautiful gardens.
The property is elegantly styled with modern tasteful amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and entertaining spaces, featuring a wood fire for those winter nights. House Rules: * Strictly no Parties. * Strictly no Smoking. * While we love animals, this property is unsuitable for pets. * We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay. * For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking. * Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

The Avenues is beautiful and in a great location. The house is large, with luxurious furnishings and appliances, and very comfortable beds. It had everything you need. And the view is stunning. We had such a relaxing stay we didnt want to go home. We would happily stay there again. Our host was extremely responsive and lovely to deal with. It was perfect.
We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Avenue. The house is roomy and well appointed. It is well located close to all local attractions but is also extremely quiet and peaceful. I woke each morning to the sound of whip birds and the view of green lush paddocks. Thank you for a great stay.
We had a lovely time at this property. Very spacious and great location. Some very minor things that maybe need some maintenance are the locks on side doors and windows. Not very secure and the kitchen did not have a single frying pan for cooking, only 1 grill pan and couple of odd size pots.
The house is great, very clean compared to most holidays houses we've had. Host was very responsive and when we reported a minor issue they came straight over and fixed it. The ad didn't say there is a guest house that is rented out separately, but it is freestanding and has a seperate driveway so we barely saw the other guests. Amazing spot, we'll definitely be back!
