Spacious 62 Tingira Crescent in picturesque Sunrise Beach, is an absolute ocean-front holiday home. Situated only 3km from Noosa Heads and Hastings St, the house sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 levels and is air-conditioned throughout.

The front door at 62 Tingira Crescent opens onto the second floor where you are greeted directly by the views out across the ocean. On this floor, you’ll find the fully self-contained kitchen, dining, and main lounge area. There is a lovely and private large plunge pool with an adjacent living area. This room features a bar fridge and sink, perfect for catering for those summer days relaxing with the family in the pool or lying back with a book.

The large balcony at the front of the house has 180-degree views and an outdoor table setting for alfresco dining. On clear starry nights, you can make use of the house telescope. Keep an eye out for migrating whales between June and November.

The master room is on the upper level with a King bed and its own private deck. There is a walk-in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom is also spacious with a Queen bed and ensuite.

On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a second living area all with ocean views. This floor is perfect for the kids or grandparents to have their own space. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and ensuite, bedroom 4 has 2 x Singles. The living area opens out onto a verandah with an outdoor setting. There is a bathroom and laundry on this level.

The large grassy backyard leads to your own private path down to the beach.

62 Tingira Crescent boasts 4 x TVs, DVD players, and free WiFi. Parking is available for one car in the driveway as well as on-street.
