Quiet and well appointed. Pet friendly 😊
Perfect quiet location within walking distance to a fairly private non tourist beach. Well appointed property, air conditioned, homely, modern and clean. Pet friendly , perfect for our needs. Highly recommended property.

Great beach house
Good location as it was only a short walk to dog friendly beach Clean property with lots of space and nice views. Coffee machine and filtered water was a nice touch

Disappointed
The property is filthy, stinks of wet dog. Drains stink, screen doors do not open and close properly, build up of dust in rooms, moth eggs forming in bedrooms. The conditions are that dogs are kept outside, but it definitely smells like dogs have been on furniture and in beds.

A horrible and disappointing celebration of my 70th birthday
I sent photos and feedback to Stayz and Welcome Ready regarding the dirty fan, blocked bathroom sink, crockery we could not eat off, safety hazard of the carpet and the cockroaches. Still waiting for either of them to reply.

Hi David, I'm so sorry to hear that your stay wasn't as expected. We emailed you the morning after your stay asking if there was anything we needed to know about to ensure you had a great stay, or any issues we needed to address. This was not responded to. We messaged again the day before check-out and again when you checked out. We received not one single response at all from you or Asothie other than thanking us after your check-in. We have taken a look and can't identify any issue with a sink, carpets anywhere, and are thoroughly checking the kitchen cupboard contents to ensure this is up to standard. I must stay we very much welcome feedback, but here I have had our team go out and we are unable to fix any of these issues listed as we can't find them and also couldn't find any correspondence from you.

Lovely Location
The stay was very nice, it is on a quiet street and the property has everything you need with a lot of beautiful little touches. It is extremely clean and the sound of the sea is ever so soothing.

Loved our stay. Clean and presentable with all the essential mod accessories. Ocean views and sounds which we love. Great massage at Ocean Holistic, actually exceptionally good. Dog loved the beach walks not sure about my calves at high tide! One annoying yappy dog down the street...But overall we would return tomorrow. Loved the space and room options. Thank you to the owner and welcome ready.
