Shipton Lodge unit 3 Moffat Beach QLD

'Shipton Lodge' -This three bedroom unit offers spectacular ocean views to Point Cartwright. Located in a most desirable location on the Sunshine Coast and just a short stroll to the surf, al-fresco dining and shops of Moffat Beach.

The kitchen is well appointed. The main bedroom has an ensuite and queen size bed whilst the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds, laundry has washing machine & drier. There is an undercover parking bay for your car and also an in-ground pool for a quick dip. Small pet on application. Situated on the first floor, access to unit is at rear of block.

Linen is included for all bookings.

Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.

As property is pet friendly for 1 small dog only and your pet is allowed inside but must stay off the furnishings. We also ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only

The property was smaller than it was portrayed on-line and the lousy weather didn't help. The TV had no streaming services so time passed very slowly and was boring. It would seem that the photos in the online sales blurb had been taken by a very skilled photographer. Certainly not value for money

The apartment is spacious, well appointed and has amazing views of the coastline and ocean. So close to great cafes, brewery and dog beach. We will definitely be back. Ideal for families, dogs and teenagers.
