    A modern 2 bedroom holiday unit in a fantastic location: approximately 220m from the sand on Kings Beach.



    Welcome to Unit 10, Sahara Sands – a light-filled third-floor apartment perfectly positioned just a short stroll from the golden sands of Kings Beach. With sweeping ocean views from both the apartment and your exclusive rooftop terrace, this is the ideal place to slow down, unwind and enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.



    The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has been designed to capture the stunning coastal outlook, allowing you to enjoy ocean views whether you're relaxing on the lounge, sharing a meal at the dining table, or preparing breakfast in the fully self-contained kitchen.



    Step out onto the private balcony to watch the waves roll in, admire ships passing along the coastline, or simply enjoy the refreshing sea breeze with your morning coffee.



    The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need to cook during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave and all essential cookware, crockery and utensils.



    One of the apartment's standout features is the exclusive private rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views across Kings Beach and the Pacific Ocean. A the perfect place to soak up the sunshine, enjoy an afternoon barbecue-style lunch, or relax under the stars after a day at the beach.



    For your comfort, the apartment also features:

    Television in the master bedroom.

    Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area.

    Flyscreens throughout and a security screen on the balcony door.

    Guests also have access to the complex's shared in-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at Kings Beach.



    Please note: This property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans throughout the apartment and the beautiful coastal sea breezes help keep the apartment comfortable.

    Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

The location of the apartment was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Should have mentioned that there were multiple steps to access the property. Wasn't a problem for us, but good to know how much bags to pack if you know you have to carry them up a lot of steps. Apartment was neat but could do with a deep clean of blinds etc. Otherwise the apartment was fine. The TV remote didn't work which we were notified about and the garage door. Other thing that would have been good to know was the driveway to property. I have a toe bar and couldn't access the garage because the back end of the car would scrape if I tried to drive up the driveway. But there was plenty of street parking and it was safe to leave the car outside. I would talk about the location a lot more. The location was great because it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants and about five minutes drive to the town centre and also main shops like Coles and Woolies. That was a big plus!! We enjoyed out stay. Thank you.
