Enjoy open plan living and fantastic views over Currimundi Lake from your balcony and living area. Unit 1 will accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, the bedding configuration is a Queen & 4 singles. Below the complex is a hire shop for Kayaks, Stand up paddle boards & surfboards, there is also a little cafe.
Currimundi Lake is a great choice for families with small children, or those who love their waterspots from Kayaking to fishing. Caloundra
CBD is about a 10 minute drive, and the Currimundi supermarket is a short drive away. This complex has a lift and Unit 1 has 2 undercover secure car spaces.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Guest Access:
Key collection for your stay is handled via our office in Bulcock Street. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a weekend or public holiday, you will receive the lockbox code on the day of your arrival.

Surfside One enjoys one of the Sunshine Coast's most sought-after waterfront locations. With Currimundi Lake literally on your doorstep, you can spend your days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply relaxing along the calm waters. Just a short walk away is Currimundi Beach, a favourite for families, surfers and swimmers thanks to its patrolled beach and unique lake-to-ocean setting.
Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby cafés for breakfast or coffee, explore the scenic coastal pathways, or venture just a short drive to Moffat Beach, Kings Beach and Caloundra's vibrant shopping and dining precincts.
Getting Around:
Many of Currimundi's best attractions are within easy walking distance, including Currimundi Lake, Currimundi Beach, local cafés and coastal walking tracks. A secure undercover car space is provided should you wish to explore the wider Sunshine Coast, including Caloundra, Mooloolaba and Noosa.
