Our two year old loved the pool - full sized and kids -which was clean & never super busy. Easy walking distance to river and cafes. Friendly staff. Car patk was pretty tight but ok.

Great position. Easy check in. Property is one of the older ones in Noosa Villa but was very clean. Crisp sheets. Huge living area and bedrooms were good size. Weird entry and stair case. Think our room may have been the original property managers live in unit. Would I stay here again - yes.

We had a unit that was all on one level which suited us better than the town house style we’ve had in previous years. The property is in a quiet area but only a 5 minute walk to the river front and restaurants.

Noosaville Weep
We were only there one night, all up it was a pleasant stay, it was a self check in, key left in a locked box pin sent via email. The unit itself is roomy fit 2 couples, which was our situation. Unit was clean, and well equipped, car space right next to unit entrance, so easy to unload, just a couple of maintenance issues, there were no teaspoons in kitchen draw. Also the shower screen In bathroom over the tub has dropped in bottom corner therefore if you close it fully it jams, I was the first to have a shower so closed it fully I then had trouble opening it to get out, had to forcibly push it so was worried it would break. After that we would not close it completely. There was a hole in the framework of the downstairs toilet. All up it would not stop us from staying there again, great position walking distance to some great restaurants and cafes, maybe the owner just needs to do a bit of maintenance.

Though we liked the position, the state of the apartment was disappointing. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling, as well as a constantly dripping tap. For the money we paid, we felt that the apartment should be well looked after.

Paddling pool for kids was great! Access and parking very narrow not suitable for larger cars. Unit had not been cleaned properly which was very disappointing. Location was great.

This was the second time staying here. It is in a great location for us. We don’t like to be in the hustle and bustle of everything but there are enough restaurants around to visit a different one each evening. It is also easy to get to Noosa Heads being just a short drive away or you can go by ferry. The townhouse was sufficiently equipped although a little dated. Some of the furnishings looked as if they had come from a second hand sale and in particular the bedroom side tables were scratched and damaged. The bedside table lamps looked cheap and second hand with damaged light shades. With scuffs on the walls presumable from suit cases, this place could do with a re-vamp. However, when all said and done, it is the location that appealed to us and there was everything in this holiday home that we needed. We would stay again but would hope to get a different unit.

Great stay!
Nice little villa, had a refurbished kitchen, comfy lounge area and two separate bedrooms. There was one shower upstairs and a toilet on each floor. Fine for a family of four. Quiet complex and neighbourhood, walking distance to cafes and shops.

Nice hotel close to restaurants and river front.
We were very pleased with the accommodation and location. It was everything we wanted and we would definitely consider staying here again if we were in the area. However, we arrived after the reception had closed. Upon picking up the phone located outside reception and making contact with someone, she gave us the code to gain access to our key via the key safe. I asked her where our unit was located and for directions. She said she had never been there and that she doesn't have a map of the property so is unable to help us. She then said "goodbye". Not only was she unable to help us but I found her attitude rude. This is not what you want to hear when you have had an exhausting day. I suggest you get someone who can actually help and direct vacationers.

It was a little uncomfortable and not very clean! The shower had ants in it and the couch were no very comfortable for my liking but it is a great location with the river only 100m away and some on the best restaurant in Noosa just around the corner. Overall if you plan on spending more time in the appartments this is really for you but if you plan on being out and about most of the time than it’s not to bad.

Rooms appear to have been recently renovated but upstairs air con not working. No mirrors any where, railing for staircase was loose and dangerous. Overall a very average experience for nearly $400 per night. Will not stay there in the future

Too many warnings. Take out or own rubbish or you’ll pay a fine, wash your dishes or you’ll pay a fine. Use too many towels , pay the fine. No noise, no parties. Pay for an hour late checkout. No views. Needs another bathroom for this money.

Great Location - Room 9 needs a big Update
A great location, close to river, restaurants & activities. Good facilities. Good walking distance to both the Marina & Noosa Heads, but not as busy as Noosa Heads. The disappointment was the room (9). It needs a big update; on entry it smelt musty and old; the décor was very outdated; walls were dirty; carpets spotted; kitchen equipment needs a clean; plastic wine glasses. The biggest annoyance was that after we used the 2 complimentary rolls of toilet paper (small rolls), we had to purchase our own! Given there were no tissues and we were staying 5 days, needless to say we ran out!! And we found the bed linen stained - I'll leave it at that...

Good location near the river.
Plenty of room for a couple and a handy location to the river, local transport and eateries. However, our accommodation (unit2) was disappointing as it sorely needs some TLC, but having said that everything you needed was pretty much provided for you. Swank it up a bit and it would be a nice little unit.

Never staying again.
The room we stayed in absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Called the gentleman at reception and he didn't offer an solutions, just that he would note that the smoking had been the guest before us. The smell lingered for whole overnight stay and was the first thing I smelt when I woke in the morning. Aside from that I liked the layout of apartment but it is tired and a bit run down. We won't be staying there again. Can't figure out how they meet the requirement to call themselves a resort.

Good location, nice pool, pleasant staff, good sized apartment. Somewhat short on cutlery/crockery - enough for two people not cooking a full meal in the room but otherwise insufficient for a family expecting to be fully self contained. Room was clean, reasonably maintained and otherwise had sufficient facilities. No A/C in master bedroom, however with doors open the A/C in the second bedroom (with two single beds) provided adequate cooling to both of the upstairs bedroom areas.

Poor maintenance and outdated
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the unit we stayed in. We found the following issues. Washing machine did not work. Upstairs air conditioning unit did not work. Ceiling fan in main bed room very noisey. Main element on stove top did not work. TV remote held together with sticky tape and barely worked. But the most shocking was the smoke alarm was not fitted and was left sitting on top on the pantry cupboard with no battery fitted. We were aware that the pool was going to be out of action and excepted that however the tennis court could not be use as it was full of pool furniture and the BBQ area was also not usable this was not explained in your email. There was also a unit being renovated opposite our unit and we to listened to tiles being jack hammered Friday and Saturday.

A quiet and convenient location in Noosaville
We attended a family reunion in Noosaville last weekend so we wanted a place handy to the foreshore. The property did provide this opportunity however the general age and deterioration of the apartment did not make it great value compared to other properties I saw during my stay. The mixer in the bathroom was loose, the acrylic basin yellow and faded and overall the property showed it's age, probably 80's. The bathroom was relatively clean though as was the rest of the apartment and the kitchen while basically equipped was OK, the pool was clean and the grounds tidy and tastefully planted. Under cover parking for one car next to apartment provided and it was quiet for sleeping and relaxing except for the noisy parrots early evenings. Air conditioner would not operate but we didn't need it because the weather was cool and damp for our 4 night stay.

Lovely and quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. It was so lovely and quiet, we had a great room overlooking the pool, it was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfy, the best nights sleep I've ever had in holiday accommodation. It had everything you would need in the apartment and at the resort. The only little negative was that there wasn't really anywhere to store our 4 bikes out of the rain, but luckily the unit next door wasn't being used, so we were able to use their carport the second night. Everything was within walking distance, with some lovely restaurants to choose from and the beautiful Noosa River is virtually on your doorstep. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was a little dated, pool was located in a hot position and the loft unit was quite dangerous in retrospect. It wasn't until we arrived we realized the steepness of the access ladder and thought it would be to dangerous for a child to access as during the night they would need to go to the toilet....we understand it was well noted in the unit but not prior to booking. We placed the mattress in the lounge room which was still ok. Quite noisy later in the evening. As it was hot, windows were open but late night revellers came home after 11pm and made some noise for a while. Other than that it was satisfactory for the money.

Great location ...unfortunately our first night we were put in unit 8 which was very much below standard, it was rundown and had filthy carpet and holes in doors and generally in very poor condition. We complained and the manager James was good enough to move us to a much better unit for which we were thankful. However unit 8 should not have been rented, it turns out it has just been sold and the old owner has let it rundown, until it is bought up to standard it should not be rented or at least discounted considerably.

Good location, some problems
Loved being so close to Noosa River and Gympie Terrace but on a quieter street. We were a party of 6 and our unit was okay but the top level (attic) remained hot and uncomfortable all night with no separate air-conditioning, forcing me to sleep downstairs on the couch. We did not have enough toilet paper for an overnight stay. The spa in the pool wasn't very relaxing, the air jets too forceful giving the feeling of being in a wild ocean rather than a relaxing spa! I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice unit close to Noosa River
We stayed at Pelican Beach resort for four nights. We were a little concerned about the accommodation as it was the cheapest we could find. The accommodation, however, was great. The kitchen was more than adequate, we had two bedrooms and a loft. We had room to move which made our break all the more enjoyable.

Great place for the price. Plenty of room in the units. Pool and tennis court handy for teenagers. Close (10 min walk) to excellent coffee shop- Little Cove and 15 min walk to farmers markets.

Great little find
This little hotel is a great find in the bustling Noosa river hotel strip. Close to many restaurants and boating facilities and just a 5 minute drive to Noosa. We had an all too short stay.
