A beautiful retreat
We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to 'Live like a local In The Heart of Moffat Beach'. The accommodation was exceptional, allowing a family of five adults, ranging in age from 19-83 years to have time together, but if needed, space for themselves. The views were gorgeous and allowed those with mobility challenges to sit, read and enjoy looking at the sea and the Norfolk Pines, while others were more active. The apartment met all of our needs and was in a prime position to other amenities. We would very much recommend this apartment and experience to others. Thank you to Welcome Ready Holiday Homes for making this time such a special and memorable one for our family.

Beautiful Accomodation
We had a long weekend in this lovely unit. Occupying a full floor with it own parking and lift, this unit really quiet and private. It was spacious and clean. Also, it was very close to cafes and shops. Highly recommend.

Relaxing family getaway
Beautiful apartment which Easily accommodated 5 adults. The spacious unit allowed us to spend time together but was also large enough for personal space. Loved that we could see and hear the water. Nearness to beach was fabulous. Would love to stay again.

Very nice accommodation with too many rules.
Nice place but the entry process is a nightmare! The permanent neighbour made it very clear to us on arrival not to make excessive noise. Felt like big brother was watching over us with a noise detector installed in the apartment. We were a group of 5 mature age woman and felt very nervous in case with talked or laughed too loud! A 9pm curfew is unreasonable when you are on holidays.

Thank you so much for your comments. I'm sorry a neighbour spoke to you regarding noise in anticipation that's unusual they are always so polite. We don't have any curfew you mentioned however we do have to abide by the Sunshine Coast Council laws across the region of minimal noise after 9pm - which was put in place to target loud music after 9pm, if that's what you were referring to, however just reiterating this is a law and not a choice by us. Noise monitoring devices don't record any sound but enable us to be notified when someone has a party, they don't pickup on laughing or loud chatting they literally tell us if someone is playing loud music, or may have a large gathering for example.

Stunning huge modern unit
This was a stunning unit with a wonderful floor plan for a family. So much room, three living areas! Short walk to local shops, restaurants and beach and tidal creek. Playground moments away, perfect for the kids / grandchildren. The host has thought of everything, with so much you could possibly need included at the unit, just bring a few groceries. Only issue was with the cleaning (though it was peak time) and clearer instructions could be provided for the key locker. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Week of Oceantime
Close to everything, beach, cafes, park, walking trails, and small supermarket. Unit is spacious with everything you need, sound of the ocean sending you off to 😴 sleep.
