No air conditioning, didn't realise that was something we needed to check. Fans very noisy. Very stuffy, windows don't open much. Stained bedding, dirty crockery and cutlery, dirty couches. Some lights and power points not working. Good location.

the location is ideal, just a hop skip and jump to the beach, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Property is a little tired and will need a little TLC however this close to the water it has an old world charm. There were books and games for all in the unit. Kitchen was fully functional with modern benches and a large fridge. No aircon but ceiling fans and breeze coming straight from the beach
