Kokomo Unit 10 Kings Beach QLD

*Please note from the 10th of November 2025 there will be renovations taking place in unit number 9 for approximately three weeks. During this period there will be noise and dust present.

Ideally located only a short walk to Happy Valley, Kings Beach or take the boardwalk walkway for a leisurely stroll into Caloundra CBD. If you want to sight see this is the perfect spot being surrounded with beautiful beach walks or even take a trip out to the Glasshouse Mountains!

This well maintained walk up is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit has everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Keep warm in the winter months and cool in summer with ceiling fans throughout or simply open the balcony doors for that beautiful beachy breeze.

The Kokomo complex also offers a pool and barbeque area for your entertainment!

Linen is included for all bookings made after the 1st December 2022, If you booked prior to this linen is not provided. Information on linen hire service will be provided at time of booking.
Please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used unless stated.
