Fantastic location, great townhouse
I highly recommend this townhouse. It is in a great location a short walk from the Noosa River and local shops. The free bus to Hastings St nearby make going to the beach easy. The townhouse is fully equipped with everything you will need for a lovely holiday away.

Fantastic property & location
Perfect property and fantastic location for getting into Noosa. Lovely check in staff too. Only downside was having no wifi at the property and this could have been made clearer in the listing. Our first week I had planned to work from the property but that wasn't possible without internet access. Thanks for having us, we will be back!

True to description, 15 minute walk to Noosaville cafes, river frontage. Clean, just needed a couple of essential items fixed, updated. Would stay again.

Loved our stay
We had a lovely week at Kool Place. It’s a well fitted out and inviting townhouse. We loved the garden and the quirky home decos. A dryer would’ve been handy given the weather but otherwise would have no hesitation booking again.

Lovely townhouse in great location
Really nice townhouse with excellent facilities. Clean and tidy, all the comforts of home! The courtyard pool area was really nice. Two couples easily stayed for a week without being on top of each other. Short walk to noosaville waterfront, easy drive to supermarkets and Hastings st, or can get the free weekend bus.

The property grounds/garden were beautiful and its' location was a short car trip to shops, the river and Hastings st! It was a bit too shaded over the pool for us in a non summer mth and there was a bit of general noise from the resort next door but overall the KOOL PLACE had everything we needed and more!

Lovely quiet getaway
We had a relaxing time at this spacious and well appointed townhouse. Loved the private pool (although it was a bit cold for much swimming!) and hot outside shower. Lots of thoughtful items for use in the house and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the river district of Noosaville, but further to Hastings St.

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids. The house was cosy and private. You can tell the house is managed by a company as opposed to owners as certain things can be cleaner and kitchen items are all over the shop. But management was great and flexible allowing early check in. We would stay again.

A lovely property that is beautifully decorated and includes everything you need for a perfect stay. Great location and proximity to shops, beach and main street. It was a shame that we did not feel that it was hot enough during our stay to use the pool. Would definitely have this place as my first choice when we head back.

Excellent unit in great location
This unit is really nice and in an excellent location. The place is very comfortable, well furnished and feels very homely with well thought out homewares etc, it has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely little pool. Recommend staying here

Perfect little townhouse for our getaway with friends. Great amenities and close to everything, only issue is the shower wouldn’t drain properly so the floor of the bathroom would end up quite wet!
