The location of the property was good, however the cleanliness was very poor. The floors on arrival were very dirty. We called the owner and were told the cleaner had been that morning and nothing more could be done until perhaps the next day. Vacuum onsite was broken so we ended up having to borrow cleaning gear from local friends to clean ourselves and make it livable. Skirtings, behind toilets, ceiling fans, shower cubicle, inside cupboards etc were filthy and clearly not maintained. Curtains were moldy. Sheets on some beds appeared unwashed, and the bunks that had not been made up had stained and dusty mattresses that our teens refused to sleep on and ended up on the couch instead. A very sub-par standard of cleanliness and customer service all round sadly.
