A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

We were so impressed from the moment we opened the door. I have never been anywhere where it has been as clean and well presented as this house. Loved every minute of our stay not one negative thing to say .
Really nice house and location. Very clean and well appointed. Worth noting that it doesn't have a bath if you have little ones that prefer a bath to a shower (not really a big deal for most though).
A lovely large family home perfect for families sharing. Big enough that everyone can have there own space. Pool is quite small but still big enough to cool off.
This home is much larger in person than the photos appear, so there was more than enough room for us and my in-laws. The location is perfect, with all of us (including my 76 year old mother in law) able to walk down to Duke Street to the cafes and shops. It’s not far from there to the beach and surf club (which is a gorgeous spot for a sunset dinner). The property is very secure, allowing us peace of mind while my 2.5 year old explored the grounds with his older cousin. With a small in-ground pool, outdoor fans, small yard, plenty of dining space and enough room for everyone to be together or unwind alone. Highly recommend this stay, particularly for immediate and extended families on holiday together.
We had a wonderful stay in the property which was well situated to experience all that Noosa had to offer. Our overall rating would have been higher if not for a problem at check in. We went to the office as instructed only to find a notice advising office was closed due to Melbourne Cup Day. Effort to reach a contact was difficult but fortunately another guest who knew owner of rental company was obtaining key from a lock box so we took our check in package as well.

This house is in a good location close to Sunshine Beach shops and beach and not far to drive over to Noosa.
House ok but needed a good clean especially the bathrooms.
My family and I loved staying in this property for our summer holidays. The house itself is roomy and cool and I love the layout of the kitchen and entertaining area leading to the pool - as the chief cook of the tribe, it enabled me to entertain and participate in conversations with the children and guests while prepping meals. Locationally, the house is within walking distance of Sunshine Beach patrolled beaches and the Sunshine Beach shops. The house is well appointed with glasses and tableware. I would thoroughly recommend this property to any family looking to enjoy a Sunshine Beach getaway.
