This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment packs a punch with every amenity you could need - literal steps from the beach. Whether you’re a keen surfer or a family in need of a relaxing beach getaway, this apartment represents incredible value in an unrivalled location. Accessed by car just one street back from the beach (Edward St), you’re a mere 50m from glorious ocean access at Alex Beach where you can enjoy a stroll along the newly built cliffside boardwalk to famous Mooloolaba beach. Alex Beach’s best kept secret, this newly renovated apartment boasts a fully equipped Kitchen, a compact Lounge area, 2 Bedrooms with a queen bed & single bunks, and a light-filled, airy high ceiling bathroom. This lovely beachside getaway also comes complete with Air Conditioning in the main living area, ceiling fans throughout and WiFi internet to keep you connected.

To further ensure you enjoy the full coastal experience, the downstairs laundry is equipped with everything you need for a fun day at one of the coast’s best surfing beaches: boogie boards, beach toys, esky, a lovely beach umbrella with matching picnic blanket and foldable beach chairs. Or simply use this space to store your surfboards and other belongings.

Small pets are allowed with hard flooring throughout. 1 undercover carport space is available (unsecured).

Disappointing accommodation

Having looked on the website, the photos you use to advertise this property is very misleading. In the photos, it looks like a modern, well kept property, when in reality, it is tired looking, cheaply designed, with no thought for the comfort of the guests.issues included:-No aircon or ceiling fans in bedroom-Stand up fan that was supplied, was disgustingly dirty-No curtains in main bedroom-Windows and sills were filthy-Windows rattle (loudly!) when there is windy weather -Walls dirty-Oven dirty (we did not use the oven)-Couch dirty and stained-The cushion that was on the couch had a long hair on it (which obviously wasn't ours)-Towel in bathroom was stained-The doona had multiple stains on itI am, by no means, over particular, but I cannot and shouldn’t have to, deal with is a dirty environment.
