Canal Front family Home with expensive undercover outdoor area and pool
Extremely spacious and relaxed home sprawling 40 metres along the Maroochydore canal. A truly fantastic waterside home for the best family get togethers and get aways.
3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 Queens and 1 Single bed with Trundle, master bedroom upstairs with a King Bed. Sleeps 8 guests, 6 adults maximum.
1 bathoom with bath and shower and an ensuite upstairs with bath and shower also.
A couple of TV areas, living, dining and kitchen as well as a very large wrap around outdoor covered dining area for BBQs and relaxing along the water.
Wifi, air conditioning in the master bedroom only, Ceiling fans throughout ( master bedroom fan not working but has air conditioning however)
Ample parking areas.
Pool and additional shower and toilet for pool users, cold water only
small boat ramp access from the driveway, so bring your tinny or kayaks
Families only, no parties or functions, no pets.
