Bedroom 3: The final bedroom is perfect for kids with two singles, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Servicing the main bedroom, complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom): Located upstairs, featuring a standalone shower, bathtub, twin vanities, and toilet, ideal for shared use.



Laundry/Powder Room: Conveniently located downstairs for guests with a washing machine, sink and separate toilet.

Getting Around:

20 minute walk to the iconic Noosa River, cafe's, restaurants and shops. You can also get a bus to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, or drive, it is only 6 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.



A gardener and pool keeper will be accessing the property every two weeks through the side gate.
