From this charming property you walk straight across the road on to Kawana Beach, looking north to Point Cartwright and Noosa beyond and or south all the way to Caloundra.

This 3 bedroom house has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 3 x Single Beds

The property has a single garage for your convenience. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.

Access
The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.

This is a much loved family beach home, that we are happy to share with you:

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. The fridge water and ice dispenser are unavailable at this time.

Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.

Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.

Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
