77 Roderick St Moffat Beach QLD

This is a lovely, cool and peaceful holiday home. Tiled throughout and nicely furnished with Air Con in the lounge you will love to take a holiday in this immaculate home. 3 bedrooms - bedroom 1 with Queen bed, ensuite and walk in robe. A separate bathroom has full bath and separate shower. Air con is in the lounge area.

There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar and it opens onto dining and lounge rooms which flow out through to the rear deck with barbecue and outdoor dining area.

There is a separate TV room which can be shut off from the rest of the home - an ideal way to 'escape' to the movies.
Moffat Beach and cafes are within an easy walk.

As property is pet friendly and allows 1 dog and allowed inside and outside but must stay off the furnishings, we also ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only
