"Staff was nice! Cleaning staff were ready to clean room everyday! Breakfast wasn't good, eggs tasteless, sausage links uncooked, had to microwave and coffee was weak, no variety in creamer. Coffee packs in room even weak. Need safe in rooms. Storage space in room minimal for 2 people had to use suitcases. Clothing storage area used for towels because towels rack in bathroom was broken. Tub miss stopper and shower-head only worked on jet. Both staff being so nice, why score not lower!"

"The property was clean and the room was just like the pictures and clean, but we did have issues with the card that opens the doors on the property including the room we had to go twice to get the cards programed or scanned in order for them to work and one of them never worked so only one was working. The front office staff could be nicer the two employees that I spoke with didn't even look at me once while I was checking in or out, they were looking down or in a different direction which I thought it was rude. I also find it odd that I didn't get a receipt when checking out. The lady at the front desk said it would be emailed thru the third-party company that I made the reservation with I've never had that happened before, so I thought it was odd. But other than that, it was ok the cleaning staff was really nice. Would I stay there again probably not, would I recommend it maybe if you're in a budget, for the money I paid it was good. The breakfast was ok could use a little more variety it was the same thing every day."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help."

"We have stayed here several times in different rooms. From regular rooms up to suites. This is awesome place to stay. Always well kept, clean rooms and there is plenty of room inside and out. Whether you are in town for an archery shoot or games or just a nice weekend away. You are close to just about everything you need. Nothing shady about the area, well lit and plenty of parking. You are near the railroad tracks, but it’s no louder than the ice maker in the fridge. The brunch is great, and I am willing to guess dinner too, the restaurant is always full. The staff are great and there is on premise security."

Highlander Mountain House

"Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing."
