The location is about 15 minutes from Burlington which was very convenient to get to the city and to be away from the city. Highly recommend this rental. We enjoyed use of the bikes along the bike path right outside the house that led to the lake. The host was so accommodating. He checked in on us soon after checking in to make sure we had everything we needed (we did of course). We loved it and are looking forward to coming back again!!"

"This property is immaculate, and the host thought of everything. Did you forget a dog bed? No worries. There's one your dog won't want to wake up from, fluffier and comfier than anything you have for them at home. Want to bake muffins? There are tins for that. Afraid you'll miss your own bed? You won't. The one here is nicer. As is the kitchen. And the TVs, if you have time for that, are easy to use and picture perfect. Despite being on what looks like a busy road, it's quiet. I slept better than I have in a while. And it's close to the lake and plenty of restaurants. The outdoor sitting area is well kept and when the sun comes out, it's the perfect place to sit and soak in some vitamin D. You won't want to go home."

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this rental. The tiny house is clean, quiet, well-equipped, and conveniently located near Burlington, the bike trail, and the lake. We especially enjoyed the sauna and appreciated the peaceful setting.There are a few things future guests should know. As expected in a tiny house, space is limited, but the ceilings are extremely low in some areas—about 4 feet over the bed and roughly 4'8" in the office space—which may be challenging for taller guests. Storage is also limited, with no closet and only a small wardrobe.The kitchen was generally well stocked, although there were only two forks available. The oven controls rely on icons rather than clear labels, making it difficult to identify the standard bake setting.The washer/dryer was our biggest frustration. Clothes never fully dried during the wash-and-dry cycle and always needed to be hung up afterward. Each cycle also took several hours, which could be inconvenient for longer stays.Access requires both a 10-digit door code and a separate 4-digit alarm code. The TV setup could use attention as well—we couldn't get the sound bar working, adjust the volume, or find a charger for the remote.The outdoor amenities were enjoyable, though there was only one paddle board. If you plan to swim, bring water shoes because the shoreline is quite rocky. We also noted that the first stair step is unusually high and could be difficult for guests with mobility limitations."

The bike path is very close and we had a lovely sunset walk. The “beach” is more of a sandy viewing spot than a place to sit but overall the property was fabulous."
