"We had a wonderful stay at your home, which we considered more than a camp! The location was perfect for us & we fully enjoyed the lake proximity & beautiful view. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!!! We hope to return in the future."

"Beautiful lake views. We appreciated the little nicities and basics in the kitchen and bathroom (we took advantage of the first aid kit) Super close to bike paths which were wonderful and got us lots of places. The hosts were nothing short of fabulous. Thoughtful and highly responsive!Private and peaceful spot."
"Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door. Sunroom is advertised as bedroom. Guests go through sunroom to get outside. The sunroom doesn’t have a closet, but it worked for us. Towels were damp and folded on the beds. Linen closet jammed packed with hangers and towels falling out when the door opened. Minor detail- suggest removing the modern floor lamps in the living room. There are plenty of other lighting options already in that room. Cabin has so much potential! "
Chic Mid-Century Modern Retreat: Steps from Beach & Bike Path

"We loved our long weekend at Champs Landing! Everything about the house's location and layout was perfect for our trip to see our kid at UVM. There was extra room for them to hang out and sleep over with us, and a large fenced yard so we could also bring our dog securely. It was a beautiful 10 minute drive in to the old north end in Burlington, and it was also great for local outdoor recreation--it's right on the bike path that goes about 6 miles into Burlington, across the street from a wonderful large park, and has access to Lake Champlain, just a block down, for morning beach walks. The house was clean, comfortable, and has great furnishings plus a fully equipped kitchen and a fun basement with air hockey and darts. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time!"
Rustic Cliff-top Cabin at the Tip of Lake Champlain's Barney Point
10/10 Excellent
"Had a wonderful stay at this cabin with family. The place has a cool vibe–rustic, cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is there. And the best part of this property is the location and spectacular views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Easy access into Burlington with lots to see and do is pretty great too, as well as great hiking and biking nearby. Just some of our trip highlights: walking and biking the causeway and bike ferry to South Hero Island; Ethan Allen tower and the historic home; Shelburn Farm and Inn; Burlington arts district; toll road up Mt. Mansfield at Stowe; Sailing our boat from the beach just below the house. "
Lake access house w/ water views, kayaks, gas grill, deck, sunroom, telescope

"There was so much to love about this property. The proximity to the lake and the bike path was great and the neighbors were all so nice! We loved the views of both the Green Mountains and the Adirondacks from the nearby beach. The house, although small, had everything we needed and the furniture was the most comfortable of any place we have stayed (although the bed in the master bedroom was a little high making it somewhat tough to get into for a person with short legs). I spent some time on the screened porch and the deck where I enjoyed just relaxing and watching the sailboarders cruising across the lake and the hummingbirds and bumble bees who were drawn to the nearby flowers. I loved the decor and there were so many interesting books … I just wish our stay was long enough to have done some reading. I did contact Vacasa about a couple of small things and once the local property manager was contacted, they were very understanding and responsive. My husband and I are hoping to be able to rent this place again when the weather is a little warmer so we can spend some time in the water. "
