The rooms are a good size. The decor is a bit dated but for the price I can’t complain.

The only things I didn’t like was the fridge leaked, I did report this but nothing was done. Every other day I had to empty a tray that they had put in it.
Deonne (at reception), is amazing! She is definitely excellent at her job & was the highlight of my holiday. She needs promoting!!
I would say that all staff I spoke to are friendly & always greeted you.
I ate in the restaurant a few times. Some dishes were really good & some were ok but I was still happy with the service & the quality of the food. I was given a birthday drink. Thanks😊
The bar staff are a hoot! Big up to all of you. You’re great guys!
The one negative…
I had checked out but was still on the hotel grounds. Reception knew I was still on the premises at the bar. I know my room had been cleaned as the curtains were now open.
Anyway, I had left a gift that I had bought on the dresser. A rather large but thin item, that could not be missed when the room was cleaned.
I didn’t notice the item was missing until I had returned home. I emailed the hotel & I received a response the following day. They asked for more details or a picture of the item.
I did not have a picture of it but I gave a rather good description.
Sadly, I didn’t get a response to this email.
I found this very disappointing & spoilt my last memories of my trip."
