The property was very beautiful and well maintained. I do think that Azure was very overpriced for what they were serving, yet the ambiance itself was amazing. The staff was beyond amazing throughout the entire stay. I do wish that I had paid attention to my alerts to move about beyond the property, it would have saved me a ton of money on taxi's. I am for sure coming back and I hope I can do this every year at this resort.

We loved everything about the Crane overall except the air conditioning in the room left a lot to be desired. Ive stayed at the Crane many times over the past 15yrs so its definitely a great resort but having one a/c vent in master bathroom and one vent in the kitchen (none in master bedroom or living room) seems a bit confusing. Might be time someone put more thought into this. A complete overhaul of the a/c infrastructure might be due in my honest opinion. Room was humid the entire time. Aside from this, staff were great. Restaurants at hotel were great. Room layout and plunge pool were great. Le Shack restaurant near hotel was wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful room and property. We stayed in a garden room and loved the privacy on the balcony. Enjoyed dinners on the beach and Japanese restaurant all with last minute reservations. Looking forward to returning.

Room was very spacious, and clean. My room was a garden view, but the view wasn’t too great. Steak House restaurant is a must, Keshia and Chauntae were the best with arrangements with reservations. I didn’t like the fact that elevator in my building was down the entire 8 days I stayed on the property. A big disadvantage when you’re carrying groceries and 5 pieces of luggage up and down flights of stairs…

This resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Couldn’t get over the view from Azure restaurant especially for breakfast. So many areas to explore and there was live entertainment most nights. The only thing is that the Crane beach had a lot of seaweed but it still didn’t take away from the relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge and the private pool lovely. Our block was next in line for an upgrade though, which means doors that were impossible to close, shutters that didn’t shut, old furniture, shower that was always hot and other niggles. The property is very nice, pools great, village area very useful and the evenings at the beach bar (BBQ and cookout) excellent. The concierges are wonderful! Other negatives - breakfast is exorbitantly priced, so we ended up diy every day which was a bit of a shame. The beach was also unusable due to seaweed but kudos to the Crane for laying on a free shuttle to another beach.
