"The photos of this property on Expedia are VERY deceptive. Based on those, we booked a room for nearly $500/night, expecting to stay in the buildings with 5 pools as advertised. Instead we were dumped in side buildings with access to much smaller pools. Our room overlooked a parking lot and hostel. The front desk staff- including the “supervisor”- were completely unhelpful and unapologetic. We asked for a refund which they would not grant, sent us back to Expedia. Expedia tried to contact the manager but they there were none available (at 4:30pm!). We elected to check out rather than stay there and have not yet heard if we will get a refund. Very dishonest advertising and inappropriately high charge for a room with a disgusting view, nothing like what was expected. Do NOT recommend this property at all. "

"Room was nice, amenities were great. Food would probably be my only let down. I get having to mass produce for that amount of people is no easy task but it felt little watered down and more catered to outsiders. Outside of that though we did enjoy our stay. Proper rating would be 3.5/5. "

"For all inclusive the choices of restaurants are very limited and it’s first come . The food was the same as the buffet food nothing special. Also the night entertainment was focused for kids- shows started at 8 pm. I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this was not one of my favorites."

"To start the toilet didn’t have a toilet seat. Staff was rude when renting out the towels. We had towels on our chairs and they got picked up by staff assuming we were using them anymore. We went to get new ones and were told we could not get new ones until we returned the 4 we had earlier. After we explained to the lady what happened she said well next time leave something there so we know your still using the towels. We had the all inclusive option but the choices were very limited for room service. Only had the option of a cheeseburger or nachos. "

"Traveled with children. Plenty of pools to choose from. It was great that there were pools close to the beach. Beach was clean. Water park was great. Couple things to note - the hotel put us in a room that was very close the Riu adult pool party which occurs almost daily & plays music very loud lasting into the night - not good if you have younger kids. We requested to switch rooms to get away from the noise which they were able to do for us on our second day, but they really should not have put a family with kids so close that. We had to request towels for the bathroom daily. They didn’t restock the fridge with water & beverages unless we requested it. We also had to request them to replenish the coffee packs for the room every day. Restaurant coffee was not good, coffee packs in the room were much better option. Overall a good experience with the family, but we had to hound them daily to replenish stuff for the room (towels, beverages, coffee packs). "
