"Overall it was a good experience as it was our first time with vrbo. The condo was clean and a good location for us. I wish the owners left a map of the property showing where the pool and dumpsters were located. We were happy with being allowed an early check in and later check out. The condo had nice updates and was comfortable. We would stay again . "

"The location was amazing! Right next to the Tamarack lift and a 5 minute walk to the village. It has plenty of space for a family of 4, the bunk room is cozy but perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and the thoughtful owners left us a bottle of wine, Stratton stickers, and wood all ready to go in the fireplace. The foyer had a great drop area for skis and gear, and everything we needed was easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We arrived at our rental at 4:05pm (check-in was at 4pm) and were met by the management company. They just started to clean the rental, due to cleaners canceling. They did not contact us to let us know the rental would not be ready. They allowed us to settled in. They finished cleaning about 30 minutes later. I specially asked if they were finished with everything and they replied yes. The next morning I woke up and had an asthma attack. I realized there was dog hair everywhere. I specifically chose this rental because it said no pets allowed. I immediately text the management company at 7am and asked that they send cleaners. I sent them pictures of all of the areas with hair. They did not respond. I text, called, and sent messages via VRBO throughout the day. They finally responded after 3pm and told me they couldn’t get anyone in to clean, that essentially it was my fault for coming into the rental, and that I should vacuum. At that point, I already borrowed someone’s Dyson and cleaned. The amount of hair and dirt in the rental was disgusting. I sent them more images of what came out of the Dyson. They ignored me for the rest of the stay. I was so sick that I left my family to sleep on a friends couch and was unable to snowboard for the last 2.5 days of my trip. The management company is negligent and unresponsive. They should alert people that they have animals. I am fortunate I was able to leave, otherwise I could have ended up in the hospital."
