"Clean room"

"The elevator at one end of the hall didn't work and there was no sign saying they didn't. I told the fellow at the desk that it wasn't functioning and he said that elevator didn't work. I asked why no sign and he didn't seem to care."

"We come to Dallas a few times a year and this was our first time staying at the Fairmont. We stayed in a good room which included access to the gold lounge. The entire hotel was very nice and the staff were all wonderful. This will be our downtown Dallas hotel going forward "

"Pool looked great, but it was too cold outside to go into the pool. Breakfast options were great. Live music at night was great. Bartenders were very attentive and fun. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was awesome."

"Great vibes, the staff is amazing. They always give us complimentary upgrades and are pet friendly. Quick and easy check in and check out. Great views. Bar and grill have great drinks and food. Breakfast buffet. Valet parking is awesome as well. Walking distance from many places to see."

"I was a little concerned about the outdoor parking after dark🤔The staff I connected with from front desk, services, lobby bar were all very professional yet friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast, but on 4/10 ordered evening room service that was very prompt in arriving. The food was good."
