"Room was clean and location was nice. It was on the quieter end of the beach. Only issue was the pool and hot tub were not the cleanest. We were there for 3 nights and I never noticed anyone cleaning the pool or hot tub."

"We Loved our stay here!!! It was wonderful with little ones allowing us to enjoy the beach and also easy to go inside at nap time or to grab a bite. The house was stocked with everything we needed and walking distance to pools, restaurants and pickleball. We will be back!!"

"Loved the easy access to the beach. Also loved sitting on the deck by the pool and viewing the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores were close by. It had all the cooking ware needed for our stay. The bedrooms were large, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained. There was a slight musty smell on the top floor."

"We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location just one block from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and grocery stores and restaurants were all conveniently close by. The beds were very comfortable, the pullout couch worked great for our family, and we especially loved the outdoor shower after long days at the beach. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, attentive, quick to respond, and they even left thoughtful gifts for us, which made us feel very welcome. The water pressure was excellent, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was about a 35–40 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park with traffic. Everything was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again."

"This condo is ON THE BEACH and the upstairs balcony provides a comfortable, outstanding view. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We needed two minor household repairs and both were taken care of the same day. Mattress foundations were a bit noisy/creaky, but comfortable. Restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located. Great shower pressure in the bathrooms and everything you need in the very clean kitchen. Numbered parking spot just outside the door. An overall excellent stay!"
