We stayed in this hotel for 6 days from 26th July. It is on a good location. 2 min from the beach. But you won’t get any views from the balcony because the nearby hotels are very tall. Pool is very small. We had a terrible experience in this hotel. We only booked this hotel because they advertised their room as the room has the bathtub and we clearly mentioned this into the description while booking. But when we arrived at the hotel, staff did not have the idea about our booking, he didn’t have the clue that we have paid or not. So we had to stay in the room without bathtub. Also the Room & Balcony are tiny. False information has been provided online. The next day when we went for the breakfast, we only found 2 English tea bags. So I asked for some more, but they said they have run out all the tea. So I requested them to stock some more the next day. But you won’t believe for all 6 days we had to use our own purchased tea, they failed to provide basic tea while the supermarket is just outside. Also they do not have toaster or orange juice for the breakfast. Everything in the breakfast is cold even the fried eggs. It was such an unbelievable experience. And the last day when we were leaving this hotel the receptionist asked us about our stay so I said I asked for tea n you failed to provide us and she replied she knew about it. How bad is that never cared to get some. I wound not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are very good hotels nearby.

Der allgemeine Bereich ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Als Upgrade bekam ich eine Suite in der oberen Etage. Hier war es sehr schlicht. Das alte TV Gerät hatte kaum Empfang, die angeforderte Fernbedienung kam nicht. Der in der Zimmerbeschreibung aufgeführte Kühlschrank war nicht vorhanden. Im Bad war das Duschbecken total undicht, trotz mehrfacher Anmahnung wurde der Schaden nicht behoben, im Bad war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Das Frühstück ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Wenig Auswahl, sogar an Tellern mangelte es. Ich denke, diese Mängel sind Anfangsschwierigkeiten, die das Management mit der Zeit in den Griff bekommen wird. Für 3* war es jedoch gut.
