Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family.

Really poor cleanliness - in 14 night my room or bathroom was no swept or cleaned once. Quick change of towels twice only in 2 weeks, 2 bed linen changes (2nd one after me calling continuously for 2 days). The poor service makes this at best a 2-3 star resort. Far from beach and the walk home after dark feels sketchy and unsafe.

Lägenhetshotell för barnfamiljer

Positivt: superbra AC, stort hotellområde med allt man önskar såsom restaurang, fint poolområde med olika typer av pooler för barn & vuxna. Mycket bra wifi på rummet. Helt okej kök med kyl & frys så man kan laga egen mat. Promenad till stranden ca 10 min med litet centrum. Förbättring: städning var obefintlig på rummen utan att man behövde säga till. Mycket dålig sängkomfort. Frukosten är inte värd att betala för då det är väldigt dåliga alternativ och smaklöst. Överlag dålig attityd från personal på restaurangerna.

Et kæmpe lukket område med lejligheder, restauranter, supermarkeder, pools parker m.m., alt sammen i et indhegnet område, som kun kan tilgås med de udleverede adgangs nøgler. Rent og flot, og fantastisk for en familie ferie.

Startet forferdelig, men endte veldig bra.

Veldig fine uteområder og godt tilpasset barnefamilier. Vi fikk et lite egnet og svært dårlig leilighet først, helt annet enn vi trodde vi bestilte. Ting var ikke i stand og ikke engang oppvask var tatt. Balkong var grodd igjen av grantrær og ingen mulighet å bruke. Fikk da oppgradert til en større og mye finere leilighet uten ekstra kostnad. Etter dette var oppholdet veldig bra, så pass på hva slags rom/leilighet man får.

Hadde et kjempeflott opphold. Leide en fin studioleilighet med egen vaskemaskin på badet som var veldig grei å ta i bruk. Eneste negative var at selv om det var i slutten av mai var det mye som ikke var åpnet både på resorten og rundt omkring i sunny Beach.

Huge well maintained complex

Lovely big complex which was very well maintained The family apartment was nice and modern it wasn’t fantastically clean but ok There was no entertainment at all but we stayed from 5th /16th maybe it’s not in season but thought it would be Restaurant was nice but miserable waitress Security man also miserable Cleaners were pleasant and reception too Thought on checking in someone should take you to the block your in as it’s so big and confusing. But they just give you a map

Très bel hôtel où nous avons passé de super vacances en famille. Les piscines sont très belles et le bar piscine sympathique. De plus le resto de l hôtel est qualitatif et varié . Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Après une arrivée un peu laborieuse pour cause d inondation dans la salle de bain et personne pour venir réparer et nettoyer notre séjour fut tout de même très agréable. L hôtel est parfaitement entretenu ainsi que les équipements

Very beautiful and big resort. Big and clear pools. Very green area. Every morning in the pool was aerobics. The breakfast menu was poor. For children animations and playground area. Large and clean rooms.

No services, neglected and dirty rooms.

Don't get close ! be careful ! from outside it looks very nice and maintained but the rooms were neglected and miserable, the simplest beds, the mattresses dirty, we ordered 4 nights, they didn't even changed towels, they said the cleaners were busy and they did not have time, the apartment was dark, they changed 5 lamps 1 day after we ask them. We even ordered a suite for 4, we got one room with a double bed and a sofa with a 50 cm wide balcony, a joke not balcony, we were told to cancel reservation when you can't cancel in the last day. Hotels/Expedia not care from the conditions, the pictures lie. Good breakfast, beautiful pools but no service, D I R T Y, neglect, arguing with us about toilet paper. WI-FI is very weak, disconnect when passing room. Caution, do not order.

Trots att personalen hade svårt att förstå och göra sig förstådda på engelska så försökte de och gjorde verkligen sitt bästa för att göra vistelsen så bra som möjligt för oss gäster. Det finns allt som man kan tänkas behöva på området. Barnen älskade variationen av pooler på området, det fanns ett gym och olika aktivitetspass man kunde gå på. Det tog cirka 10 minuter att gå ner till havet och strandpromenaden.

The complex is quite nice with a lot of swimming pools and activities. However the staff does not speak english and it is very difficult to communicate with them. The parking lot gate opens automatically based on your plate number but they failed to put my number in the system, even after I went and complained a few times. It only worked in the last 2 days of our stay. Some of the other guests are really rude and can make you feel unwelcomed . The complex is quite far from the beach

Don't waste your time and money

Staff couldn't find our booking, fumbled around for ages keeping us waiting for the best part of an hour. Eventually given absolutely shoddy tiny room with only a sofa bed which was incredibly uncomfortable. Refused to replace toilet paper (???) and the breakfast was a single egg omelette each (literally just egg) - so much for "buffet breakfast". Entire site is still under construction and the builders were looking into our room watching us getting changed because there is no way to cover up most of the windows or balcony door window. Quite far away from the main action of sunny beach and the on site "spa" is like some creepy Saw film dungeon with exposed piping etc. I'm usually very forgiving and easy going when it comes to hotels but this place is a complete mess and you're better off elsewhere. Beware: "STUDIO MEANS SOFA BED HERE"

This is a nice resort *ruined* by the uncomfortable room and shoddy service. I was assigned a room with only a sofa bed, despite that fact that this is not indicated on the listing for my booking, or in the "Things you should know section". When I enquired at reception whether I could have a room with a proper bed, I was told "Studio means sofa bed here, and you booked a studio", as well as being given a look of disdain. Actually, I booked a studio with a double or twin bed. The sofa bed was as uncomfortable as their reputation. It was the kind of sofa bed that has a panel that folds out, putting a join between the soft sofa and the harder bed panel exactly where your hips are. As I told them I would, I chose not to extend my stay beyond the two nights I originally booked and here is the promised review.

Baaaaaaassasad room and servics!

So bad I dont recommend at all! The room is about one sofa bed! Like a Rock! And the pillows and blankets are not clean! You cant call the reception! No phone to call them if you need anything you must go on your own to the reception! Bad service and the breakfast is the worst I have ever seen in my life I swear to God nothing worse than their breakfast ever!
